The Mini is used every day for work, travelling 800 to 1000 miles per week up and down the U.K carrying equipment inside and ladders on the roof rack for Telecommunications business telephone systems and data installations.
It also is used for social and pleasure when not at work.
Spending many hours on the road the Mini needed to be comfortable and fun, some may consider it to be impracticable for this purpose, however it is proving otherwise.

The roof rack is essential to carry the ladders and items that are to long for the inside of the Mini.

It is truly a working Mini modified to Mini Cooper S standards, John needed a diesel to cope with the many road miles his work demands.

Driving all over the U.K and Europe the Mini is often out after dark.
John is also a very social animal so City Street driving after dark also required good lighting. So nights are no longer a problem with the upgrade lighting that is fitted.

The Mini Works Van is quick and handles well with the suspension and wheel upgrades.
The engine return a high bhp and even though the Mini is loaded with equipment for John’s job it still performs.
John takes it to race tracks in the UK and Europe. When it’s working days are over it will be turned into a track car.

Rear Interior custom made by John, rear seats removed, converted to false floor and bulkhead for business use as a comfortable van. Beneath false floor the space saver wheel is stored.
